The Brass Ring Story

My name is Logan Benjamin, and I’m the proud owner of Brass Ring Web Solutions. Since August 2019, my mission has been to help local businesses and nonprofits thrive online with custom digital solutions designed to deliver real results.

Growing up in a family of small business owners, I witnessed the challenges of managing budgets and building strong customer relationships. These experiences, combined with nearly a decade of expertise in web design, inspired me to develop affordable, results-driven strategies that empower small businesses and nonprofits to succeed online.

The "Brass Ring" brand reflects my love for amusement parks and my time volunteering at the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum. On carousels, reaching for the brass ring symbolizes opportunity and success, a vision that guides my commitment to providing meaningful and trustworthy web solutions for every client.

Building on the success of Brass Ring Web Solutions, I launched WNY Biz Board in 2024 to help local businesses connect with consumers and essential resources. Partnering with Ken Lockwood of WNY Thrive LLC, I integrated the directory into the Thrive ecosystem, creating Western New York’s leading digital marketplace for small businesses and nonprofits.
